The leadership and management of this group are entrusted to Dr. Nader Amini Parsa, a recognized figure in the field of law, who, through the integration of academic knowledge, practical experience, and a distinctive professional record, has established new standards in the provision of legal services.
Academic and Professional Credentials of Dr. Amini Parsa
Higher Education: Ph.D. researcher in Private Law and educated in International Law at the University of Madrid, Spain.
Professional Experience: Attorney at Law, member of the Central Bar Association under Bar License No. 24160, with more than 15 years of distinguished experience in domestic and international litigation.
Academic and Professional Standing: Legal researcher, member of the International Committee of the Central Bar Association, and among the top-ranked candidates in the national Bar Examination, with a successful record in the bar qualification examination and the written examination for judicial office.
Honors: Recipient of two first-place awards in the Moot Court Competition of the Union of Iranian Bar Associations (the Best Team and the Best Memorial).
